1981 Delorean DMC-12

Description

I had a request to show this video again. I edited it extensively but you get the idea of the car...it reportedly was painted red by the factory..one of three for which that was done. The service bulletins on display definitely confirm that three cars were painted at the factory. This car was repainted 3 years ago. The literature seems to suggest that the factory was being very careful with the idea of painting a stainless steel car. In case the paint failed, warranty issues would certainly turn up.
