While the Yaris looks conservatively styled in comparison to the newcomer, it's still a real contender for those who feel that the current crop of superminis is a little on the large side, but don't want a tiny citycar like the Smart or iQ. Reliable, dependable and with a impressive safety rating, the Yaris that is spacious inside, but small enough to squeeze through the tightest city streets. A sliding rear bench, and interior trim that contains an antibacterial coating it's also child friendly. With light steering and a supple ride, it's best for town trips, but it's still a capable motorway companion. Our favourite model is the diesel engined 1.4-litre D4-D. Do you own this car?
