TF2 (30) Modified Ambassador skin - Light-rendering improvements

DL HERE: www.hurricaaanes.info Modified Ambassador skin. You may have noticed that when holding the Ambassador, the revolver has a great problem with the environment lightning (It fades to black and the Spy's hand is still brightened). So I fixed that and given the texture a normal lightwarp texture. Also, I added a "polished with Sandpaper" effect, so that lightning looks nicer.
