Free roaming somewhere at Rockingham Point in Seacrest County (Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit). Car used: Maserati GranTurismo S You can free roam by pressing the right Ctrl on selected track on the map. Unlike some people have claimed, for me it seems like one actually is able to explore the entire county as a whole.
