Turbo Saab 900 B202 engine sound, loud Turbo spool or whine

Description

I ported and half polished this cast manifold and sprayed it with a ceramic coating on the inside and on the outside for better thermal insulation. The old 5 bolt flange plate is a nightmare and slows the turbo down way to much, its not the cast collar like everybody thinks is the problem, its the small port that creates back pressure and reduces exhaust velocity.
