1981 AMC Eagle SX/4 Sport in the junkyard

Description

Found this in the junkyard today. Pretty good shape for being in the northeast and being 30 years old. Out of all the AMC Eagles, the liftback is probably the least ugly, and definitely the most sporty of the bunch. A book I have shows 17000 liftback Spirits and Eagles made for '81, but doesn't break it down, so I don't know how many SX/4s were made, but probably not many. I've only ever seen one or two on the road in my lifetime. The kammback is a lot rarer, but waaaay too ugly.
