Description
Packard had some stiff competition with not only mid priced cars, but high priced ones as well. They never regained the status they had before WW2, so the sledding was tough. The still did not have a modern overhead valve V8...and everyone else did! No wonder a merger was in the offing with Studebaker. This car is an elegant lady!
