[FIXED] 1996 Honda Accord 2.0TDI "Idle Problem"
Description
PROBLEM: I have a problem with the idle of my car. It has been changed recently to pump the diesel out of necessity. The older was still the same which caused the car to consume more than 5.0 liters per 100KM. I can now stabilize the rotation by turning on the air conditioner when it is unstable, or getting into first gear, leaving him to "get in" a little in order to stabilize while the car stopped. When I go to walk and put the car at point "dead", the rotations do not stabilize too. I would like to handcuff me to say than this can be seen that the control unit making a diagnosis, not detected any abnormality. This only happens when the car is 90 º. When cold, he doesn't do. This is an engine of 110hp 2.0 TDI (December 1996) PS: I have a friend who told me that the problem should be of "cams". I never had a problem with the car since I have SORRY FOR MY ENGLISH :D Thank you. _____________________________________________ FIX: The diesel pump was repaired and the problem of speed however was immediately resolved. However it was discovered that the crankshaft sensor was bad and it was replaced. Now it's only accelerate as it always was until now :P
