BMW 328Ci E46 Cold Start Vanos Repair Jan 2011

Description

2000 BMW 328Ci 95000 miles Cold Start Idle Stutter, Hesitation, RPM Drop. Before and after video after VANOS repair (replace o-rings). First half of video starts right after secondary air pump shuts off (~1 min). You can hear the engine stutter every 8 to 10 secs. After VANOS o-ring replacement, waited till next morning (~5 hours) to start the engine. Started video after secondary air pump shut off. No hesitation or cold idle issues. It's been about a week now, 150 miles and still no issues. I believe the VANOS seals was the problem.
