1975 Chevrolet Impala Custom Coupe start up

Description

In this video I am starting up my 1975 Impala for the first time after sitting in storage for almost two years. It has the original 350 cubic inch V8 and two-barrel carb with a Turbo-Hydramatic 350 tranny. This car is almost all original. I have restored the interior with new carpet and underlay, new dashboard and new seat belts from Snake Oyl products in Texas. The seats are the white original vinyl as is the headliner. I re-dyed all of the interior panels with a Duplicolor white vinyl dye as over the years the white had turned yellowish. The result was a car that looks almost brand-new. I like to keep my vehicles as original as possible, or at least looking as original as possible. I am not really into customizing or anything of that sort. I did however add a true dual exhaust system in place of the original single exhaust.
