Citroen Ami 8 Restoration Part 1

Hello, here is a little video about my 1969 Citroen Ami 8 Saloon. My Dad has owned the car for around 10 years, and was given to him by one of his customers. The car needed quite a lot of money spending on it, and i guess the previous owner couldn't spend it. My dad tried to start it about 5 years ago, and rust dropped into the engine, seizing it solid, he rebuilt the engine, so that it ran like a new car afterwards, it was then put into storage, and forgotten about. A few months ago i asked my dad about this strange little french car, and i suddenly decided to rescue it, i instantly fell in love with the car, and spent every spare minute rebuilding it. When the car was found, it was in a bad way, and the early pictures of it are still after many hours of rebuilding. The car is now nearly finished, and the rear wings need painting, after that, i have some more little things to do, and it will be finished. I hope you enjoy the video.
