2010 Ford Fiesta S1600

Ford has announced a limited series sport variant of the Fiesta model - the Fiesta S1600 - for the UK market. The S1600 is based on the previous Fiesta Zetec-S. It comes dressed in one of two classic Ford color configurations - blue double-strips across the the top length of the car against a white body or white stripes on Performance Blue. Body kit includes a new front bumper, side skirts and a spoiler and diffuser for the rear. The new sport variant comes fitted with 17-inch white alloy wheels for the petrol/gasoline version and 16-inch for the diesel. That petrol engine is the 1.6 liter Ti-VCT Duratec with 120 PS (88 kW). The diesel variant comes with Ford's 1.6 liter TDCi with 95 PS (70 kW). Ford states an engine upgrade package from Mountune will be offered but provided no details. The Fiesta S1600 will be limited to only 650 units and is now avaiable for order at Ford dealers in the UK. Prices start at £16665 (€19152).
