Bricklin SV1 and Sterling Kit Car

Description

My super rare 1975 Bricklin SV-1 & 1975 Sterling GT. The Bricklin was produced in 1974-1975. 2854 cars were built before the company went into receivership. Approx. 900 cars still exist on the planet. It was the only production car ever with factory power gull-wing doors that open and close at the touch of a button. When people say "That looks like a Delorean"....I have to correct them by saying, well, actually NO, The Delorean looks like a Bricklin. The Bricklin was created 8 years prior to the Delorean. The Bricklin sports car was featured in several Hollywood films, such as: Demon Seed, Cannonball Run II, The Junkman, & Deadline auto theft. The Sterling was produced in the early 70's to early 80's by California Component Cars. They built approx. 1500 cars in the US, and only about 100 still exist in the US It is the only car of it's kind with a power roof canopy. The Sterling was featured in several films such as; Death Race 2000, Jackie Chan's Winners & Sinners, Walt Disney's Condorman, & Cannonball Run II. The Sterling company is now owned by David Aliberti in Pittsburgh PA, and he is producing brand new Sterlings from the original molds. You can visit his cool website at: SterlingSportsCars.com These are 2 of my favorite cars of all time, and yes, they are a blast to drive!
