My First Car - 1980 Mercury Grand Marquis NYC Taxi/Yellow Cab Ford V8 Small Block New York NYC

This is the 1st car I ever bought in my life. It is a MERCURY GRAND MARQUIS 1980 with a Ford V8 small block engine and an automatic transmission It's my yellow submarine It is a not actually a vintage NYC Taxi, but it the Vancouver Film Industry painted it to look like one in summer 2008. It was only used the last september as film set car. it takes place in a movie coming out in 2010. Therefore the paiting looks very good, it has a very low mileage, no rust und a good blue interior. Of course the engine is 30 years old but it runs good and the transmission shifts very smooth. For me, this great taxi is the best 1st car, I could ever imagine and I'm sure I will always remember it :) I love driving it down the road. It feels like being able to go anywhere anytime! I am not owning rights of this song!
