1969 Ford LTD hardtop running cold after 2 months

Description

Kevin's 69 LTD which hasn't been started in two months, and hasn't left that spot in a year. Can't be on the road due to rusting in the floor pans...he's getting it fixed soon. Interior/trim/everything else that's missing from the car is inside the house. Bought the car from the son of an older man who died for $1000. Has the original 302 with 221k miles
