1969 Torino GT Formal Roof Hardtop

Description

Walkaround of formal roof hardtop Torino GT. 65000 original mile car. Wilwood front disk brake conversion, Weld Prostar wheels, good tires. Mild roller 302 w/GT40P heads, air gap RPM intake, holley 650, B303 roller cam, dual roller timing chain, HD oil & fuel pumps, MSD bullet aluminum distributor, shorty headers, 2.5 exhaust system with 2 chamber flowmasters-about 300 HP-VERY DEPENDABLE & great sounding. Engine looks period correct. About 2000 miles since all new drivetrain was installed in 2001. Bullet proof C6 w/2000 stall, quicksilver shifter. 3.80 rear gear w/posi by DTS. Great 20 footer repainted in 90s in enamel. NOT perfect, lots of little dings, dents & a couple of small bubbles, great to cruz & have fun in, but not showcar-would need new paint for that. Interior all original, seats are great, has original shoulder & lap belts in front, and original ford floor mats from 1969! Carpet & headliner are good for cruzing but we bought new ones to put in plus other misc little trim bits, just havent yet-they will all come with car. It is a fun head turning cruiser, we have only seen 5 other formal roofs at Woodward Cruise over the years since we have had it! And only two were Torinos, the others were Fairlanes. NADA lists high retail at 15400 and average at 11400. It will take at least a 4000 paint job to make this car near perfect so we will start at 10000.00. We have A LOT more than that into it. We are more gearheads than showcar types, so we worry more about go than ...
