Bristol Owners' Club trip to Bordeaux

Description

The 2004 Bristol to Bordeaux run by the Bristol Owners' Club. This was a rerun of an event held in 1954 when a single Bristol 403 car drove from Bristol to Bordeaux in a day, to mark the 10th anniversary of the French city's liberation from German occupation and bearing a message of goodwill from the English mayor to his French counterpart. The participants this time, 50 years on to the day, followed as far as possible the same route, and even had the same menu in the same restaurant as was eaten in 1954.
