Now it's time to take a trip back in time to the days of Al Capone, Bonnie and Clyde, and the 2nd generation of American automobiles. The Ford Model A was the second huge success for The Ford Motor Company and we have here a pristine example of a Ford Model A Deluxe Coupe. It has an all steel, straight, rust free body painted in olive green with black side skirts and fenders with kiwi lime spoke wheels. Showing only 1959 miles, this Model A is in tip top shape is ready to be driven to your local shows and cruise nights. This car was purchased new by a doctor in Texas and stayed in his family until 2005. So it's technically a one-owner car but has now seen three total owners in it's life. Boasting a 4cyl, water cooled, 201c in-line L-head engine, produces 40hp and gives you fuel economy of around 25mpg. A Zenith one barrel up-draft carburetor, a 3spd sliding gear manual transmission still shifts and pulls smoothly. With a 103.5" wheel base, 4 wheel mechanical drum brakes, solid front axle and live rear axle and both utilizing the transverse semi-elliptic leaf spring, the original ride quality still exists. The Model A was the first car produced with a Safety-Glass windshield. Stepping inside this beauty shows off the restored original style olive green interior.
