Defective 2011 Jeep Wrangler 6 speed manual transmission

Description

Video of my brand new 2011 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon Unlimited with 3761 miles. After the 3rd service on the 6 speed manual transmission, it still intermitently "crunches" into second gear and pops out of 2nd and 4th gear while driving. This video also shows all the transmission noise after the 3rd service. At this time, Jeep/Chrysler states they "know of the problem" and they are "designing a fix". Dealer informed me the vehicle "is not defective because it works in warm weather".
