HELP Honda ct70 trail 70 TURNSIGNAL ISSUES please post your ideas

I posted this to show issues occurring with the electrical system. Initially I turned on the winkers ( turn signals) with the engine off and with the key in the ignition . Then I started this puppy's engine up and ran the motor while operating the turn signals (winkers) to show how all of the lights ( headlight, neutral light, brake light and even the horn) flicker/flash when the turn signals are on. Does anyone know if this is normal or abnormal? If this abnormal, does anyone know what the solution is for this problem . Is it the 6 volt system ? battery is new and stays on a 6volt trickle charger when the bike is not in use---- Do ALL ct70's with turn signals act this way ?? Please let me know , Mark
