2010 Mazda 3 2.0 With Magnaflow Muffler & Resonator Delete
Description
Just a quick little video to satisfy my own interests and anyone else that is interested. Ok, maybe more than a quick video, I kept re-editing it, lol. When I started to research mufflers that I could add to my 2010 Mazda 3 vehicle, Magnaflow was a common name that I heard mentioned. So I took the plunge and had it installed recently, I also had them remove the resonator while they were at it. A few weeks later, I also had a Magnaflow tip installed as well. My Mazda 3 is a modest 2.0 liter automatic, but the Magnaflow muffler did add some nice noticeable tone it. It definitely made it even zoomier than usual. There was a little performance gain, but this model was not designed for that. Thankfully the fuel economy remained excellent, which was my main consideration when getting the 2.0. Watch the video and let me know what you think. I will list parts used and prices below. Parts and prices: Part: Magnaflow Muffler #14210 Purchase Cost: $114.00 Installation cost: $120.00 (includes resonator removal & mod) --------------------- Part: Magnaflow Tip # 35177 Purchase Cost: $68.57 Installation Cost: $15.00 --------------------- Total Cost: $317.00 The parts were installed by Acme Radiator & Muffler Shop.
