All New 2010 Mazda MX-5 Miyako Special Edition Announced for UK

Mazda has unveiled the limited edition MX-5 Miyako for the United Kingdom. Designed to celebrate the Miata's 20th anniversary, the Miyako features fog lights, 17-inch alloy wheels, a front suspension strut brace, and free metallic paint (Aluminium Silver or Velocity Red Mica). Inside, the cabin is outfitted with perforated leather upholstery, red accent stitching, special badging, floor mats, and automatic climate control. The £18385 Miyako Soft Top is powered by a 1.8-liter four-cylinder engine with 126 PS (93 kW / 124 hp) and 167 Nm (123 lb-ft) of torque. It enables the roadster to accelerate from 0-62 mph in 9.9 seconds, before topping out at 121 mph (195 km/h). The £20885 Miyako Roadster Coupe has a 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine with 160 PS (118 kW / 158 hp) and 188 Nm (139 lb-ft) of torque. 0-62 mph takes 7.9 seconds and the top speed is 132 mph (212 km/h).
