NAGP Season 13 GT2 -- (02) Laguna Seca

Following only my car, with a quick check around the track once in a while. www.northamericangp.com www.gceara.wordpress.com Practice and Qualifying: Right before the start of Practice I got my teammate's setup on my mailbox and decided to give it a try. It was not as fast (raw pace) as my setup, but was much more stable and would be the logic choice for the race. I spent the whole practice running heavy to get used to the setup before the race itself. Then qualy started and finding a room for a quick lap with over 30 cars on track was a hard task. I seriously need to improve my low fuel / soft tyres skills as my fastest lap (1.25.2) was definitely conservative given the car's capabilities, but still I qualified 12th, one place ahead of my teammate Hamilton (Christian, not Lewis). Race: Third race in that league, third rocket start. From the word "go" I jumped ahead of the Mustang and Corvette Z06 (best car of the field) that were in front of me and found myself stuck behind the Lamborghini guy, who blocked the room I had to move further... and for the second race in a row, chaos at the first turn, and I was to blame this time. I gave enough room for the Lamborghini ahead of me, or at least I think I gave, but ended up punting him off. He thankfully rejoined some 3 places behind, but I was so upset about that and distracted trying to find the quickchat "Sorry" key that spun exiting turn 2! Yeah, crap, rejoined 27th or so, right in the middle of a frantic battle for <b>...</b>
