VS Commdore 3.8L Ecotec Exhaust Note - Extractors, Cat, Resonator NO Muffler

My 1996 VS Commodore 3.8L Ecotec Extractors (Not sure what brand) into 2 1/2" Exhaust, stock Catalyst Converter, Resonator, no Muffler. Sorry about the rain in the background, the video sounds pretty much like it does in real life, it's a bit deeper though. Also the crackling/pops you hear is the car backfiring because there's no muffler. Please comment.
