2011 Chrysler 300 revealed in Detroit
Description
Chrysler has officially pulled the wraps off the new 300 sedan. Designed to redefine American luxury, the flagship saloon is as menacing as it is elegant. Draped in layers of chrome, the exterior is distinguished by a bold grille, LED-infused headlights, and sculpted bodywork. Inside, the interior is nicely-equipped with items such as dual-zone automatic climate control, Uconnect Touch, black comodo elm trim, and LED ambient lighting. If that isn't impressive enough, moving up to the 300C trim level adds Nappa leather upholstery, GPS navigation, olive ash trim, and heated / ventilated seats. Trim levels 300 Limited and 300C AWD are also available. Under the hood, two engines will be available. Entry-level models are powered by a 292 hp (218 kW / 296 PS) 3.6-liter Pentastar V6, while the 300C features a 363 hp (271 kW / 368 PS) 5.7-liter HEMI V8. The latter engine enables the car to accelerate from 0-60 mph in less than six seconds. Destined to hit dealerships shortly, the redesigned Chrysler 300 will be priced from $27995.
