Part 2/2 The "true" final battle for Final Fantasy VI, between Kaisar Dragon and the group. This Kaisar Dragon is tougher than the one in the Dragon's Den (which is kind of odd), but nevertheless, all you need is the right gear......and Dualcast+Quick+Ultima, then Ultima + Ultima after Quick goes into effect.
