Hewlett-Packard Co. CEO Resigns Amidst Sexual Harassment Scandal (HPQ)

Hewlett-Packard Co's (NYSE:HPQ) CEO Mark Hurd has resigned Friday, following an investigation into sexual harassment allegations. The allegations have been filed against Hurd by a former company contractor, MarketWatch reports. Company officials said they found "no violation of HP's sexual harassment policy, but did find violations of HP's Standards of Business Conduct." SmarTrend currently has Hewlett-Packard in anUptrend.
