1950 Plymouth 1953 Chevrolet Station Wagons PMC 1-20 Scale Model.MP4
Description
Here are two models from the early 1950's made by the Product Miniature Co., Inc. The first is a 1950 Plymouth Suburban station wagon in 1/20 scale (Plymouth owned the name in between the 30's and 60's when Chevrolet owned it). I found this one at a toy show in Waco in the early 90's and was fortunate to get it as I'd heard of it but never hoped to own one. In both these models, the rear tailgates and windows open out and the seats can be folded down by way of levers on the bottoms. The Product Miniature Company of Milwaukee, Wisconsin was founded in 1946 by William Edward Ford ("Ed") and his brother, Paul. Ed passed away on September 15, 2004. Collectors might be surprised to find out that the company is still ...
