August 1969 - the world was my oyster. The car cost just £55.00!! it had 7 gears (including 3 x overdrive gears) and a souped-up engine. I once achieved 117 mph - that's an amazing 170 feet per second!!! What price would that car be now? ...what price that number plate now??
