My 1974 Mercury Montego MX Brougham

This is a simple slideshow of my 1974 Mercury Montego. This is a car that i bought off of a friend of mine, who at the time and still has 1 to many cars to drive and maintain to drive the Montego, so i bought off of him. It is 97% all original. The reason i say that is my buddy added an Edlebrock intake and a holley 4 barrel, that carb was a POS. So i replaced it with a rebuilt Carter ADF Comp 4 Barrel. Then, the car has true Dual exhaust, it came stock with a single exhaust ( Rusted to death ). Then, it has 1976 LTD rims on it. Other than that, this car is a true FORD. Found On Road Driving. The car still contains its 1974 Ford 400-m Motor, which is still backed by its original C6 trans and its 9 inch rear. The Car is under going a complete restoration, Sand Blasing floors + roof, bottoms of doors and trunk floor. Thats basicly it for the rust those areas. This Car is fully driveable, I could drive it to Davidsfarm is i was determined to. Gotta love your ford.
