VW Golf Racing: Citi Celebrity Challenge round 1 - Killarney

Description

Round 1 of the Citi Celebrity Challenge 2009 at the Killarney circuit in Cape Town. To celebrate 25 years in motorsport, Volkswagen South Africa gathered some current and retired race and rally drivers, plus members from the South African motoring press to do battle in identical 1.6 litre Citi Golfs. Drivers include Sarel van der Merve, Terry Moss, and winner of the 2009 Dakar Rally, Giniel de Villiers. All cars were stock standard with the exception of a roll cage and racing harness.
