1993 vauxhall cavalier 1.7TD trying to start (PART 3)

IT'S ALIVE!!!! We got it running by drag starting it, took 4 attempts for it to fire, but it got going in the end. I'm going to try and jump it in a few days to see if the starter motor is any good. It'l need a new clutch soon, or at least adjusting because the bite it very high up, but it can still do wheel spins :D All but 1 of the brakes are seized, so thats not brilliant. I think the turbo oil seals are shot because its burning oil when you rev it, and these not much boost pressure either (You can tell by squeezing a intake pipe (hot side of the turbo) and rev it) But still, not bad to say it hasn't been started in 2 years!!
