Nissan Micra K11 1.0 0-60 Mph First Attempt

My 11 year old Nissan Micra K11 T-reg at 109 or so thousand miles with an engine sludge build up (especially around the cams) doing 0-60 on a straight, she still pulls very nicely but gets a bit rough at red line! (Where as a healthy engine wouldn't) Perhaps i could squeeze some more out of first eh? I'd like to say this is stock, just had a flush and oil change, and still running the 11 year old air filter element which i patted down!, oh and the sparks are most likely original too :) This is on a straight flat road, some slight bumps in it (can see this impact on the camera) so perhaps even better on decent surface? Thanks Equation (Lowest) model by the way, but awesome car to drive.
