Land Surveying in Golden Gate Canyon in High Winds

Description

the air temp was about 30-35 degrees F. at an elev. 9800 feet, had so fierce wind trying to do a topo and a partial boundary of a piece of property at the back of golden gate canyon , colorado. the wind never let up all day, i didn't have an anemometer so i couldn't guess wind speed or gusts, but one almost blew the tripods over and i was almost blown off my feet several times.
