Chrysler Conquest/ Mitsubishi Starion Revvig problem

Description

This is a video of the problem that i have been having with my car... all of a sudden i will lose all throttle response! in the video this is constant throttle... im am not fluttering the gas.. its random so sometimes it will happen and sometimes it wont. Does any one know what the problem can be??? please help!
