Description

5,7 l/100 Km consumption on a 400 km trip with driver and 2 (two) passengers on board. Regular OMV petrol - Carrera 95, no additives added. The climatronic was in ECON mode, music was ON all the way and XENON headlights were on ( fog lights off). I think this is below what Skoda claims for this car and engine. So you can go below producer's consumption figures in real life. The car is an Octavia vRS 2008 with TFSI stock engine. It was running on Dunlop winter sport 3D tires, 205/55/16 front and 215/55/r16 back. Original summer tires are on 18" but for winter I chose 16". The trip was from Bucharest to Iasi in Romania.
