Koenigsegg CCXR Edition

Description

This is one of the most important supercars ever made. The Koenigsegg CCXR Edition. Based on a CCX, the CCXR Edition is a limited edition Koenigsegg that is strictly limited to only six cars and this one being the only right hand drive one on the world. It has 1018bhp, a 255mph top speed and a 4.8 twin-supercharged V8 engine but with a difference. Its eco-friendly. Also this car is stunningly beautiful with its clear-coat carbon-fibre paint finish and aero package including that biblical rear wing. The whole chassis, bodywork and tub and even parts of the interior are carbon-fibre. Most of the interior is covered in a luxurious red leather and comes complete with a CD/MP3 stereo, sat-nav and air-conditioning. It also has a removable hard-top for those summer days in the sun. This is the way forward for all supercars of the future but this car comes at a price. All that space-age material, mind-blowing mechanics and engineering and painstakingly hard work from the guys in Sweden costs around £1.5million or $3million dollars approx. I met Christian Von Koenigsegg and he showed me around this car and really opened my eyes on how much work has gone into the ...
