Mitsubishi Libero w/ 4g63t Conversion wont run right :S

Hi guys, please HELP :( I have a Libero/Lancer here. It has a 4g63 motor installed. Using TD04 turbo, VR4 loom, Evo 2 Computer, Evo 3 Air Flow Meter, HKS front mount. It DOESNT have a knock sensor attached yet, but im told that shouldnt affect how it runs THIS much. It was recently rebuilt by the previopus owner and is a new conversion so hasnt run right. I changed the AFM cause ppl say that the GSR was causing my problems. Thanks :)
