Volvo 760 turbo knock & stutter

Description

Fluids are good, replaced the oil 2 weeks ago, new oil filter. New distributor cap and rotor, new spark plugs, new spark plug wires, new intake manifold gasket. Talking to some people, they said they were stumped, however we narrowed it down to the map sensor, the o2 sensor, the timing, and the knock in unknown. You can't hear the knock in any specific place, its just all over. There is valve chatter so I need to get that adjusted. There is no smoke coming out of the exhaust and I think that about covers it.
