01 dodge stratus battery/starter replacement
Description
The starter was not replaced in the video. Incase it was not obvious, I am installing the existing starter right back on the vehicle after it passed on a bench test, yet the battery did tested bad. I removed the starter and battery for testing purposes first. One of the first, simplest things you can do when having a cranking/starting problem is to check the battery for at least 12.5 volts with a voltmeter. If not, then have the battery fully charged at tested at a parts store free. Likewise, the battery could have tested good, and that would continue diagnosis.
