The Sunbeam Rheobus Fan Controller is the perfect solution to silence those noisy fans and within budget also. It features 4 channels each of which are capable of handling up to 20 watts. The fans can be altered from 0-12volts and features super bright LEDS. The LEDS will turn to red on 0-6volts and 7-12volts the LEDS will change to blue. Mine worked perfectly out of the box.
