1939 Talbot Lago T120 Roadster

An inspired one-off design, chassis no. 92007 was discovered in the late 1960s after years of storage in Saint Tropez. With its lengthened hoot, longer rear deck and stretched teardrop fenders, it was clearly something very special but mistakenly considered a Figoni et Falaschi design, before experts conclusively identified its special coachwork of Carrosserie Brandone of Cannes, France. Fully sorted and beautifully presented after a painstaking restoration, it will be seen in North America for the very first time when it is offered on the weekend of August 14 at RM Auctions Sports & Classics of Monterey at the Portola Plaza Hotel in Monterey, CA.
