GEO Metro Turbo

Description

This is a engine I am building for my Rans S-6 plane. It is a 2000 Suzuki Swift (Geo Metro) engine. 1.3 Liter, 16 valve. I tilted it on it's side. About 20 degrees up. It is turbo charged with a Garrett T25 turbo. Custom made intake manifold, exhaust manifold and oil sump. Oil pan is removed and a alloy cover was made. Oil sump is in a 4" tube below engine. 20" long. This is done, so that the oil return from turbo can drain back into the sump abve the oil level without the need for an oil scavenging pump. Redrive is SPG gearbox. Propeller will be 3 blade 68" Warp Drive. Intercooler sits in front of engine. Setrab oil cooler for coolant radiator on side. Whole engine setup fits inside stock Rotax 912 engine cowling, with the exception of a small hump needed for the front part of the fuel rail. Expected horse power with 4 psi of boost approximately 110 HP.
