2004 Porsche 911 Turbo Cabriolet Convertible AWD The Porsche 911 Turbo is easily one of my all time favorite cars. Its a world class performance car that's also practical in normal driving conditions. With over 40 years under their belts, Porsche engineers some of the best performing cars on the road today. The 911 in particular has a long history and exemplifies these accomplishments. The 911's design has evolved, but retains many of the characteristics that made it famous. It's lightweight and well-balanced chassis is matched with a powerful motor. Under the hood of this model is a rear mounted, twin turbocharged, horizontally opposed motor. It cranks out 415 horsepower with 415 lbs. of torque. The six speed transmission is comfortably positioned in the center and has a short shift pattern for quick shifting. Performance times for this cabriolet are around the low 4 seconds mark for 0-60, with a top speed around 190 mph. Infamous Porsche pinpoint steering is what really attracts people to this car. With all-wheel drive and traction control you have a car that drives great in and out of turns with surgical precision. With industrial strength brakes you have better control and it also provides unmatched stopping power. This model has an adjustable spoiler that raises and lowers at the push of a button for better aerodynamics.
