Unfixed Leaking Ceiling At 2:28:38 am Central Time 2/19/2009

This isVideo of the Unfixed Leaking Ceiling in my bathroom in Apartment Complex in Overland Park, Kansas. I Reported Leaking Ceiling to Apartment Management about 11:30 am on 2/18/2009 before going to work. Upon arriving home from work around 5:45 pm, found Ceiling in bathroom STILL Leaking. Went to Apartment Office to ask why the Leaking Ceiling WAS NOT FIXED and the people in the office had NO IDEA!! The People In The Office called maintenance and maintenance said, "A contractor will be out to fix it TOMORROW". LIKE WTF!?!?!?!?! You would think that a Leaking Ceiling with water coming from an unknown source from the apartment ABOVE would constitute an EMERGENCY???? Ya Think???? Considering the Unfixed Leaking Ceiling is Dripping Water RIGHT NEXT to the ELECTRIC Exhaust Fan!!!!!! Water Electricity = ELECTROCUTION (last time I checked)!!!!
