Merc 190d 2.5t Dyno runs - turbo om605 c-class engine in w201 chassis

Dyno live runs - 99 C Class powered 190e/190d Merc. (IP fuel wound up: Day 3) Something is definitely wrong with this injector pump :( It's wound 1.75 turns and yet, no power. If we wind it any further, the idle becomes unmanageable and the course adjuster screw backs onto the housing. I think we need to pull this pump apart. Also, look at the fuel line - the ALDA doesn't seem to be doing much at all. Any thoughts from anyone? I really don't want to have to open the pump.
