Patrick McCullagh's Peugeot 106 "Retrospectrum"
Description
Cezeli Productions brings you this funky little Peugeot 106 that was nicknamed "Retrospectrum" after it was built. "Retrospectrum" was created by John Peden of Peden Conceptz which is based in Lurgan, Northern Ireland. Peden Conceptz is well known and highly regarded in the UK for some of the best modified cars and John is always pushing the envelope as can be seen when looking at the "Retrospectrum". The car has been featured in FastCar, Modigied Motors and most recently in the Dail Mirror. The 106 has Rayvern Hydraulic Suspension and sits on 13" Revolution Minators and John designed and produced the funky RubixCube centre caps. The amazing airbrushing was carried out by Esther Marshall aka Grafittigirl (grafittigirldesigns@yahoo.co.uk). Her work included not only the bonnet but the airbrushed seats! Initially the car was running a diesel engine that John converted for fuel economy. Current owner, Patrick, decided he wanted more "00mph" and Geddis Redman done a great job of converting back to petrol, this time in the guise of the 1600 8v engine. Patrick felt the 16v would have been a waste in a car that is designed for show and not for go! The 100bhp is a vast improvement over the 57bhp 1.5 diesel. The video was shot over a series of 3 days. Two days where filmed in Downings, Co. Donegal and the last day around Omagh, Co. Tyrone. The lovely lady in the video is Elaine Maguire from Castlederg, Co. Tyrone. Elaine does alot of promotional work and can be found at all the ...
