Welcome to my very first non-AUTOart car review. Today I am looking at the Nissan Skyline 2000GT-R [KPGC110] Sports Wide Wheel Version by Kyosho Corporation. The KPGC110 GT-R is the second Skyline to get the GT-R treatment. Unlike the previous incarnation, the KPGC10 "Hakosuka", the second GT-R did not become a wild success. Regardless, it has since come into it's own as a rare collectible. As a Die-hard fan of AutoART models, I was a bit torn buying this particular model. While AutoART is releasing it's own "Hakosuka" model, there are no immediate plans for a model based on the "Kenmeri" Skyline or the GT-R variant. Kyosho, however, already has one for sale. After looking at several pictures online, I decided to go for it... I must say, this is a impressive model. The quality is great and all of the details are very sharp. I also love that they made a "Wide Wheel" version in addition to the standard car. The wider wheels really give the car a better stance. This really is a fantastic model all around. The negatives... Well, they could've used some glue in some places. Move the car and the front and rear bumpers will fall off. Not to mention, the license plates will fall out of the bumpers, as well. The suspension is a bit off as well. It should be just a smidge lower for the rears and quite a bit lower up front. Otherwise, great model. The most attractive thing here has to be the price-point. If you look hard enough, you might be able to find this model brand-new in the <b>...</b>
