CLUTCH POWERS WAS WRONG and the troll should have eaten him
Description
"The adventures of Clutch Powers" is a kiddie's movie that is set in a LEGO universe. Kids who like LEGO will love this movie, and even adults like myself who grew up playing with LEGO will enjoy some of the imagery even though there really are no levels of humour in there that would appeal to an adult (in that sense it certainly ain't on a par with the likes of "Shrek", but only a grouch would make an issue out of that). The maths nerd in me, however, was deeply offended by Clutch Powers' bald assertion that building a spiral staircase with standard 8-stud blocks "couldn't be done" because you "cannot connect standard blocks across a diagonal". I call shenanigans! Obviously my use of the short clip at the start falls within the provision of Fair Use as set out, for example, in section 107 of the USA's Digital Millennium Copyright Act, as I am clearly commenting on what is being said in that clip. In all seriousness, please just see this as what it is: a tongue in cheek "criticism" which should be construed as a little free advertisement for the movie courtesy of me. If you have kids of a certain age, I can recommend this movie for them. There. Happy now? LOL
