Derelict cottage & overgrown garden in Guernsey

Description

A derelict cottage and overgrown garden which is in Guernsey in the Channel Islands. The property was for sale but has now sold. From what the neighbours told me the whole property has been getting in a worse state since the 1970's. There is also lots of rubbish in the back garden including old ovens, 2 bicycles with the frames rotted through and an old Hillman Minx car.
